Shipping policy

Each product is handmade and carefully packed before it begins its journey.

Standard shipping of Rs. 100/- will be charged. Free shipping on all orders above INR 1999/-.

Smaller items will be dispatched in 1–2 weeks. Larger pieces or made-to-order items will be dispatched in 3 weeks.

If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order items, everything will be shipped together once the handmade pieces are complete.

In case delivery of an order is delayed or does not happen due to a mistake in the address or contact number provided by the customer, the customer alone shall be held responsible for it. Once the order reaches back to our address after a failed delivery, we may send it again to the correct address or with the correct contact number, provided you pay the additional forward-shipping fee. This fee may range from Rs. 100–200/- depending upon your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other circumstances beyond Artful Escape's control.
